HOW PARENTS CAN GET THEIR YES IDs

Step 1 : 

Go to www.yes.my

Step 2 : 

Click on “1BestariNet”

Step 3 : 

Click on ‘Find your 1BestariNet ID’

Step 4 : 

Key in your NRIC number & your full name as per your NRIC. Then, click ‘Search’.

Step 5 : 

Your Yes ID will be displayed here. Type in your personal email and phone number in the respective columns and click ‘Update’.

Step 6 : 

If you would like to receive your password via email. Click on ‘Send Email’. If you would like to receive your password via SMS, click on ‘Send SMS’

Step 7 : 

You will receive a notification that the password was sent successfully.
